个人简介:刘玲亚,女,汉族,1987年生,浙江嘉兴人,群众,博士研究生学历,副教授。主要从事空天地海一体化网络、卫星通信、海上无线通信相关的教学与科研工作,以第一作者或通讯作者在IEEE TSP、TWC等权威期刊以及IEEE ICC、GLOBECOM等通信领域旗舰会议上发表多篇学术论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金项目等多项国家级与省部级课题。
